Job Duties

  1. Perform study procedures in accordance with GCP and study protocols

  5. Conduct diagnostic, efficacy, and safety assessments as needed

  1. Warmly greet and assist patients at the front and back office, especially elderly patients

  5. Provide clerical and administrative support

Job Requirements

Patient Recruitment Specialist

  1. Recruit study participants by placing 50-60 outbound phone calls daily

  2. Manage new leads to convert interested persons to first office visits, efficiently and ethically

  3. Input data into electronic systems (e.g. CTMS) in a consistently timely and accurate manner

  4. Support neurology and psychiatry teams by assisting with community events

  5. Perform ad-hoc tasks and provide administrative support as needed

Clinical Research Bookkeeper

  1. Pay study participants in an accurate and timely manner

  2. Invoice study sponsors for clinical research work done

  3. Record incoming payments

  4. Follow up on late or incomplete receivables

  5. Review and reconcile billable activity with CTMS and QuickBooks

  6. Prepare study closeout reconciliations and resolve variances

  7. Report on financial key performance indicators to management

  8. Provide clerical and administrative support

Job Requirements

  1. Demonstrated skill in QuickBooks

  2. Excellent communication and social skills in spoken and written English

  4. (Preferred) Experience with clinical research management systems, such as RealTime CTMS

Our dedicated research site is a leader in Alzheimer’s Disease research, currently conducting more late phase industry clinical trials than any other site in California.
